Shipping methods and rates

The free Express Shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes. VIP Shipping remains a paid option. Available methods depend on your delivery address; applicable charges are displayed before you complete payment. Amounts above are in USD; where another display currency is used, the checkout will show the applicable amount.

Order fulfilment and tracking

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are produced before dispatch. When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery addresses and availability

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email support@chicwoo.com promptly. We may be unable to change an address after fulfilment begins. Any additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed parcel will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

International orders

Delivery availability depends on the destination. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

Trade restrictions

We do not accept or fulfil orders where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions. Orders may also be restricted by our payment providers or carriers. We may request information needed to review an order. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and handle any payment in accordance with applicable law.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect parcels

Contact support@chicwoo.com with your order number and supporting details. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Your statutory rights do not depend on purchasing optional third-party package protection.
